What payment methods do you take?

We take all major credit & Debit cards inc Visa, Mastercard & American Express.

We also take payment via Paypal.

What currency's do you take?

We display all our prices in GBP.

Upon checkout all charges will be in Pounds Sterling.

How do I cancel or amend an order?

To amend or cancel an order please email our customer service team at orders@theposterclub.co.uk or via the chat on the website and they will be happy to help.

We are unable to cancel or amend any orders that are in the process of shipping or have shipped

I have not received any information regarding my order, why is this?

Please check your spam folder before contacting us as we find emails can get caught and placed there. You will need to then save or approve our email address to stop this from happening.

My order say's unfulfilled, what does this mean?

This order status means we are currently processing your order.

What are your processing times?

Due to us being a small business our processing time can be between 3 to 10 working days dependant on a number of factors such as busy periods or circumstances beyond our control.

We thank you in advance for your patience should this be the case.

Do you offer any Buy Now, Pay Later options?

At the moment we do not offer any Buy Now, Pay Later options.
